bswift bLab (usability lab)

The Lab:

The Human Centered Design and Development team was outsourcing the bulk of it’s usability testing. Myself and another team member were tasked with the creation and development of building our own internal testing lab. From the recruiting to the moderation to the stakeholder readouts, our team of two built the bLab from the ground up.

I owned the full scope of recruiting and handled the bulk of the facilitating and readouts. Due to the nature of bswift technology and it’s inward and outward facing products, there are test sessions that require recruiting from external sources as well as recruits from inside of the company.

The personas and journey maps library:

The same team of two was tasked with researching and delivering a library of personas and journey maps. This collection was intended to benefit the product teams as they tackle the internal admin interfaces redesign. This collection took months of user interviews, ethnographic studies and journey mapping exercises to generate a robust library of nearly 100 personas and journey maps.
